    Default glutamine

    hi atm i take whey protein after workouts even tho i cant stand the taste but could you give me some information on glutamine could i take both as i want to loose weight but keep my muscle and get more toned if you get me ?

    There's really no need to take glutamine with whey protein. Glutamic acid is abundant in protein, and is converted into glutamine in your body. It's not necessary, its better to get a regular bottle of it and use it sparingly, and never with your protein.

    If your shakes taste bad then change the flavor and add some fruit. With vanilla flavored whey you could drop in a banana, and if you're like me maybe some almond flavor. With strawberry flavored protein, throw in a bunch of strawberries. Find out what tastes good instead of complaining about the taste.
