Hi, I am relatively new to boxing would like to learn what can I actually do to improve my footwork and body coordination. It's like during training I can perform with proper form on the sandbag. However when sparring session comes, my legs and hands, distance measurement seem to be all over the place. I do skip regularly and heavy bag training and shadow regularly...so what else can I do? . My trainer tells me that I need more time to get my coordination right. Is there any drills I can do?Thank you so much guys for your help
