Please Help...23 years old, 5'11 , 130lbs.....I've been training on and off for the past two years....(due to legal issues).....(never had a amateur fight) ....Im not a bad person (killer, rapist, thief,or liar) I'm a respectable guy if anyone were to get to know me...but back to the point I've recently had my parole violated and am going to have to turn in to jail soon for at least 2 - 5 years....I know I wont exactly be young when i get out but I know i have ALOT of natural raw talent...whenever i get into my training im extremely focused and determined...I basically need advice....Can someone help me build the closest to perfect training regime we can come up with....?? advice on if i should up my weight...? my old trainer wanted me to drop to 126 because of my height/arm length...so thats why my weight is so low at the moment...(was 145)....can someone please help me or at least help me get in contact with a new trainer to talk too...give me email addresses, phone numbers, facebooks...!!...Please can someone help....Thank you
