    Default Some Advice.

Going to this posh place tomorrow with my girl, her snobby friends well be there aswell. I was just wondering should i dress up and look the business just to please other people ? or should i just go in casual clothes and be myself etc, im little bit undecided because i hardly ever go to these type of places need some advice guys/girls

    Fuk the friends!!

If the "posh" place calls for nice attire, than that's what you should dress for. Remember, some of these places won't let you in unless you dress appropriately.

And the only person you ever have to worry about pleasing, is your girl.

    What a boring thread.

"Should I change myself to fit in?"

"No, just be yourself and you'll be OK!"

This is like an ABC Family sitcom. Lizzy McGuire type stuff, how gay.

It's always about "Styling and Profiling" when you are out with the other half. I'm mostly a jeans and t'shirt person when I'm by myself, but if I am going somewhere that requires nicer threads, Three Piece Suit all the way.

And you should see me in a Tux

It's all based on the place, check that out and you'll have your answer. Best idea is to call ahead and ask if they have a dress code.

Make the effort cos you'll only feel a dick if you turn up casual and everyone else is looking sharp

Dress up...look the part. As a side deal though invite the most sexist, neanderthal type friends you got to create a good balance The more they fart, grunt and make general asses of themselves the better. I did that for my own wedding. It was so much fun, watching them on the dance floor, laying on their backs playing air guitar to Guns & Roses. I am not joking
