Default pain on my elbow after slamming the medicine ball

yesterday i just picked up the medicine ball and slammed it down for no reason and now i feel some kind of irritating ache feeling on my elbow, it went at night and all morning until i was holding the pads up for a friend.

    what could this be?

Doesnt sound like much too me.this thing happened to my shoulder before when i play with my medicine ball without warming up so i just rested my shoulder for 2 days and used some ice and the pain went away. hope this helps.Ps for the record it never hurts to see a doctor if th pain occurs for like a week or so.

I can't say exactly. Why don't schedule a check up at your orthopedic doctor?

And if it persists after that then go to a doctor.

it doesnt feel like anything serious, im sure i would have been in much more pain if it was, its just when i do certain things like push ups i can feel it.
