    Default Creatine Advice

Ive just started training again after a long injury, ive decided to use creatine and have bought the tablets instead of the powder this time. on the box it says to take 3 before you train and 3 after you train. im only planning on training 5 times a week so on the 2 days I rest will i still take the creatine? Any help will be much appreciated.

I dont have as much experience then I do with the powders, but I will say, loading isnt nearly as needed as they try to make it sound

Definitely, it might speed things... but the end result is the same and far healthier... if a bit slower... no need to saturate yourself with it.

Take 3-4 grams a day (or what ever you take during a maintenance phase) and eventually your threshold will be as high as if you'd loaded anyway.

    Yeah,and depending on age/body fat,it dehydrates,why shock your system,just build it up

I thought it makes your body retain more water.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

It just leaches it from other areas, you have to watch your hydration like a hawk with both creatine, and Andro(which I think most bodies have now banned)

Yeah I come from a bodybuilding background and the loading phase really isn't needed at all. You'll just go through your pack twice as fast. As others said, drink a lot of water.. If you get any sort of light hangover feelings, you either are very dehydrated or you need to drop the dose down a little bit.
You'll also find you don't have to be extremely strict about what times you take it.... As they are talking about the loading phase for building it up into your body, that is suggesting that it stays in your system for at least 24 hours, so don't stress about getting the timing to correct as you can't realllly go wrong here.
