Chris, need help..
My bulk is over, now ill be cutting soon, so i have no issues with dieting.
Ok my issue is, I havent got money for boxin until 4 weeks from now, because of financial things. Anyway, I have, a boxing stand with bag, speed ball, floor to ceiling ball(soon), skipping rope, barbell with weights up to 50kg, 2 rubber dumbell weights for cardio, cheap bench press, and a whole lot of time.
..dont get the impression im rich or spoilt, ive bought these over time with hard work and waiting for specials.
Ok Chris, because i respect your posts and find your knowledge and wisdom as gold, I would be really extremely
greatful if you could give me a training routine I could follow for the next 4 weeks, before i start boxing.
Anyways thanks alot

. Second, it is mindless. Boxing is a very brain involved activity and this encourages you not to think. Third, it breaks down your legs. You should not skip rope on days you either spar or run. Too much on one part of the body.
