Moreso your going to have to have someone ride the stand to keep it in place
If you put a Belt around the Bag and yourself then put elastic through the Belts 3" longer than your Jab, it doesnt matter how Heavy it is. Plus it makes you work Harder and faster and is great for Posture.

Sounds evil in a really good way!I like light bags but the type of filling seems to make a difference too.
I hate the ones which just harden to being like rock to hit - too jarring to use.
The lighter bags would make you move a lot more using this method though which i can imagine is quite challenging!
Also i've seen some older ones with a sort of suade finish which might be awkward to use with the elastic wouldn't they?
I'm assuming you'd need a bag with a smooth finish so it didn't drag or catch a lot?
