    Alright mate?

For weightloss a large breakfast is a useful tool, but the utilisation of protein alone may not be the best strategy, morning time is when carbs are need to fuel your day.

Why not try one scoop of whey mixed with porridge/oatmeal.
This should provide you with your protein, some good carbohydrates and essential fats and salts...

I usually mix a scoop of protein with my oats. You could have a protein shake on the side and perhaps mix in some fruit if you like.

I always have steamed rice with raw egg and soy sauce, it has everything I need after a run, carbs, protein and a bit of salt. It's also surprisingly delicious! Sometimes i have a bit of tofu in there as well, and some vegetables when I can be bothered to actually cook.

It's easy and simple to make, tastes good, and definitely a great start to the day, I strongly recommend it.

    Porridge is good too.

Just posted in my log my after workout breakfast this morning...

"Did some stretching after, about 5 mins, then a hot shower and a big breakfast, 4 eggs, lean steak, whole wheat bagel, cantaloupe pieces, glass of milk and OJ."

Don't always have this big of a breakfast, but was a hard workout and was hungry! lol Other times will do something similar to Chris, quick bowl of oatmeal with protein added in. Always have my glass of OJ too in the morning.
