    Question any exercises for imprving balance?

    WHat are some things that I can do to improve balance?

    My advice would be to grow a strong and flexible core. (Your abs) Make sure you have a strong big toe as well, worked for me.

    Core exercise is good as advised also my trainer at the end of my sessions would have me use a wobble board, that seemed to help. Walking on uneven surfaces also helps improve your balance a lot, like walking over rocky surfaces instead of flat ones for morning cardio. Lastly weighted lunges force you to improve your balance.
    For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
