Funks sake, didn't mind Sexton beating old Danny but watching Chisora duff him up is
Come on Dan, one perfectly timed bomb to his bonce![]()
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
I've only seen Cleverly fight twice as we dont get much UK boxing here in Oz. I was very impressed, and would like to see how he went against top opposition. He seems to have some good tools to work with, height and power. Has his chin been tested yet?
On various occasions but only by average punchers
He takes time establishing himself early doors and is prone to taking a few lumps especially in the 1st 2-3rounds. But once he does establish his rhythym he is just about the most exciting light heavy we have produced in a good while.
Would be stunned if cleverly doesnt go on to win various titles at world level
one dangerous horrible bloke
That's quite a statement considering he has fought no one even remotely close to world class, the best fighter he has fought was a past his best Tony Oakey, Cleverly showed in the Fry fight he has alot to do and needs some sterner tests before thinking about world level and I would be suprised if he won one world title never mind various one's.
I think Tony Bellew would give him all he could handle.
courtney fry came to fight that night and for all his technical lacking is more than a decent enough opponent for cleverly at this stage of his career.
You can only beat whats infront of you and while i do accept he has to up his defence by the time the bigger guys come a calling, the technical aspects are all in place for him to acheive big things
Rate cleverly over brook as our best prospect right now
one dangerous horrible bloke
