Hands getting hot..

Anyone know anyway to keep your hands cool?

i find that when sparring and especially on the Heavy bag, my hands get way to hot for comfort it feels like i need to rip off my gloves and find the nearest ice bucket.... ive tried leaving my wraps in the freezer before wrapping my hands which kind of worked but it just delayed the extensive heat

anyone have any more ideas?

I never had that problem, even while in a hot and humid climate. I guess that switching to leather vs. vinyl gloves might help a little. You don't use any sort of pain relief gel/cream on your hands, right? A lot have something in the ingredients that can make your skin feel hot, especially during exercise.

You can also google Everlast's Protex gloves. I haven't used them, so I can't say. It advertises that it has better airflow inside, and the price isn't bad unless you're interested in the latest version.

no i dont use any creams or anything of the sort. Ill take a look at those gloves though, i haven't seen them before.

Addidas go gloves with meshed areas on, lets your hands breath more.

Not used them so I can't say how much that affects the feel when hitting things but that would allow your skin to breath more.
