Gatti/Ward I vs Corrales/Castillo I
Which fight was your favourite?
Just watched the Gatti/Ward fight (I) for the first time in years and it is still as unbelievable as the first time I ever saw it. How they both kept landing power punches in rounds 9 and 10 I will never know. They didn't seem human.

Ward-Gatti I was the fight of the year, Corrales-Castillo I is the fight of the decade and so far the century. Both fights are excellent but the Corrales fight also has the benefit of having one of the most dramatic endings in boxing history. As much as I love Gatti and all the fights with Ward I'd also have to put the first Barrera-Morales fight in front of it as well. Brutal fight fought at a super high level by two Hall of Famers in there prime. You cant go wrong with any of those fights.

Good point re the finish in the Castillo vs Corrales fight.
It's a shame that a fighter from each fight had such a tragic ending to their life.

They were both great fights, obviously, but I think Castillo - Corrales just edges it for me.
