I think what he means is you cant have more than 100%. Maybe not in effort because 100% is seen as the max but in, for instance business you can say if a hotdog costs you 50 pence to make, including the bun, weiner, onions and mustard (all your costs) and you sell it for £3 then you have made a 500% mark up.

Eubank was on about the amount of punches landed, not the amount of effort.

I once shared a train carriage with Chris Eubank from London to Brighton, sitting opposite him and his bodyguard across a table with my missis. An enigma wrapped in an enigma.
