It's a nice gaff mate, well pleased. It's huge inside, but still aint got any room to put anything of mine

It is depressingly close to Xmas, I have no kitchen, no bathrooms, no bedrooms.

We are only just painting the kids rooms now, it's never going to be finished in time. I'll be lucky to have the main lounge and the bedrooms done in time. Panic has well and truely set in.

But other than that, yeah it's great!

Killer everywhere I went in AZ people had rocks instead of grass. Anyway my house pretty much looks like this.

From ruins a few months ago, to now. Final touches and another cash injection still needed, but you get the idea. The lounge is massive and the hot tub bath is amazing. Love it!

I would love to buy a home that needs touching up being that it's much more affordable. I honestly am not confident enough in my own abilities to pull something like that off.

Yeah fixer-uppers are not to be taken likely. It's not only a matter of money or ability it's also a matter of time. On my house I have to replace all the exterior windows and doors and had to end up paying someone else to do it, because I just didn't have the time.
