Decision To Make

So it's last day before our office breaks up for the holidays tomorrow. We are been asked, If given the opportunity would you like to take UPL (unpaid Leave ) tomorrow, or come in and work till 5pm.
I have all my xmas shopping to do tomorrow, and would prefer to get it done before xmas eve. Im in a quandary.......

I'm not sure, I guess if you have stuff to do it's better than doing it on Saturday. Still, I think it sucks "you can work or have the day off, but if you don't come in we aren't paying you". What kind of weird arsed choice is that?

Luckily I do know what Im buying people, so it's just a case of visiting the relevant shops, should only take a few hours. The lure of not having to come in tomorrow just seems to much, but then again a days pay is enough to see me through a good few drinking sessions over the xmas period !
