Default Latest p4p rankings. Agree or disagree?

1 United States Floyd Mayweather Jr 45–0 (26 KO) Junior middleweight
2 United States Andre Ward 26–0 (14 KO) Super middleweight
3 United States Timothy Bradley 31–0–0–1 (12 KO) Welterweight
4 Ukraine Wladimir Klitschko 61–3 (51 KO) Heavyweight
5 Argentina Sergio Gabriel Martínez 51–2–2 (28 KO) Middleweight
6 Mexico Juan Manuel Márquez 55–6–1 (40 KO) Welterweight
7 Philippines Manny Pacquiao 54–5–2 (38 KO) Welterweight
8 United States Adrien Broner 27–0 (22 KO) Welterweight
9 Mexico Saúl Álvarez 42–1–1 (30 KO) Junior middleweight
10 Cuba Guillermo Rigondeaux 12–0 (8 KO) Junior featherweight
Rankings compiled by The Ring magazine

    My thoughts:

Bradley, off two tight, controversial wins over Pac and JMM, is too high at # 3.
A case can be made for JMM and Sergio to be flip-flopped in the rankings.
    Broner's iffy at # 8.
Canelo does not belong on the list.
Rigo's p4p material, but only has the 12 fights. Beating Nonito was big, though.

GGG belongs on the list before Canelo does.

The rest of the list looks alright.

I think they have the top 5 right (Timothy, Wlad and Sergio can be shifted around at will). Floyd and SOG are clearly the top two athletes in the sport right now.

I'd like to see Danny Garcia and GGG breaking the top 10 too. Garcia's smashing of Matthysse was very impressive.

I probably put quite a bit less stock in achievements than most as far as this. I think Golovkin and Garcia should be on there as well, definitely over Broner or Alvarez for me. I do think Rigondeaux is a better fighter than Wlad or Martinez currently as well, but can't gripe to much about that.

Agreed, Broner should not be on the list. He might at some point but not now. I don't argue with the people who say Canelo should not be on. Get Bradley out of the three spot. All I can do is reiterate what you guys have said

Delete Broner and Canelo from the list and everything else looks about right...

WTF has Canelo done and why the hell is Broner on the list. lol They got a free place on the list because they are promoted by GBP who happens to own the Ring Magazine..

    1 Floyd Mayweather Jr
    2 Andre Ward
    3 Timothy Bradley
    4 Juan Manuel Márquez
    5 Wladimir Klitschko
    6 Sergio Martínez
    7 Roman Gonzalez
    8 Saúl Álvarez
    9 Danny Garcia
    10 Manny Pacquiao

At first I had a hard time with Gennady Golovkin. I couldn't find a spot for him. Than I remembered his best wins are still Matthew Macklin and Curtis Stevens. So he doesn't deserve a spot. Yet. Garcia win over Matthysee, Alvarez win over Trout and Gonzalez win over Estrada easily trump Golovkin best wins
