Default Top 5 Punchers In The Current HW Division

    1. Wladimir- When he really commits to his punches, scary things can happen and dude's power is proven at the top level.. No doubt Wladimir is #1.... Vitali is all but retired so he dont count.

    2. Deonte Wilder- Weak competition or not, his power in the right hand is undeniable.. It's one of a kind.

    3. Chris Arreola- I was contemplating on whether I should put him or Mansour at #3 but Arreola is more proven at the higher level so here he is..

    4. Mansour- I dont give a shit who he's fought or who he hasn't fought, the man is a genuine puncher..

    5. Two-way tie between Fury and Andy Ruiz.....

Lucas Browne I dont even count him..

    What about your list...

I would say mine is fairly similar. Mansour I agree might be but one could argue another slugger could replace him.

About the only dilemma for me is Fury, I don't really rate him as a puncher much.

I reckon Perez or Pulev would probably punch harder than Fury.

Wladimir and Deontay and Arreola are definite lock ins for 1 and 2 when it comes to power.

I was on the fence with Fury as well but what it comes down to for me is this..

It's easy to dismiss Fury as a non-puncher just as I did awhile back but when you have somebody who is 6"9 with 85 inch reach and weighs well over 250lbs, he's going to get a lot of leverage on those punches.. and when you consider the fact that his hands are heavier than most with those punches backed up by all that weight, his power will be felt.. and on top of that, his punch release is pretty quick and explosive for his size so imagine being on the other end of that shot..

The punch he landed on Cunningham didnt even have much muster on it. Fury barely tapped him and had cunningham on the floor like the nigga been shot in a drive-by...

He doesnt look like much on TV but I think his power is underrated..

Price is a harder puncher than Fury. And I take nothing away from Tyson as a boxer thats just my opinion. Price's problem was he was destroying the British domestic scene with his punching power rather than boxing them which left him short of experience and skill when he entered the world level prematurely.

How high do you rate Adamek, Mansour and Pulev?

    Fury? Wtf?

Really? I can name you a few more powerful than Fury in the UK alone if your just going on pure power. Jesus I have Fury down as fairly light fisted.

Scary thing is, while you're basing it on just raw power, Audley Harrison has more power than Fury does, just not the heart or skills to deliver it well.

When Fury was a 17 year old novice, he actually fought Price in the amateurs and legitimately put the 22 year old, experienced, international with a head guard on, on his ass

Price has fought a few other british heavies and none have dropped him.

Here you go Vendettos a mere kiddy wink at just 17 years old and less than 10 fights to his name dropping a 22 year old David Price who was regularly fighting for England.

Out jabbing him easily too. Fury would slaughter Price now, absolutely finish him off.
