    Default Hayfever

Really suffering badly this year, I need to try and take some new tables because the ones I am currently on are doing nothing.

You tried Becocnase nasal spray? It's a general anti-allergen not specifically for hayfever but it works well for me.

If anti-sneezing medication makes you sneeze there is no hope.

Have you tried rolling in bales in hay? I hear it helps.

My allergy troubles are in the Fall for about 5 to 7 weeks... when the leaves are falling.
    My breathing gets all f*<ked-up.

I take a shot glass of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with organic honey daily.
No milk nor dairy in those weeks as they f*<k up breathing a bit. Not noticeable at other times of the year.
I used to have an air filter for those weeks, just for the one room where I sleep.
    It all helps.

    Take care, dude...

I'm glad you posted this - I woke up this morning wondering how your hayfever was this year

It is a right pain this year.

I try and stay indoors, clean clothes, shower but still get itchy eyes and sneezing.

Last year did not take any tablets but have to this year.
