    You tried Becocnase nasal spray? It's a general anti-allergen not specifically for hayfever but it works well for me.

    If anti-sneezing medication makes you sneeze there is no hope.

    Have you tried rolling in bales in hay? I hear it helps.

    My allergy troubles are in the Fall for about 5 to 7 weeks... when the leaves are falling.
    My breathing gets all f*<ked-up.

    I take a shot glass of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with organic honey daily.
    No milk nor dairy in those weeks as they f*<k up breathing a bit. Not noticeable at other times of the year.
    I used to have an air filter for those weeks, just for the one room where I sleep.
    It all helps.
