I've seen the Louis Theroux documentary and also read him saying he kept in contact with Savile over the years. I got the impression Louis thought he was a good guy, just a character.

Unless there is some sort of evidence then we will never know but there does seem to be a lot of girls coming forward claiming he abused them. My guess is he's guilty, I read yesterday in an interview he's quoted saying Gary Glitter did nothing wrong as his pictures of kids were for private use and he wasn't selling them or publishing them so that made it ok. If you know kiddy fiddling is wrong you don't say those things.

Accusations went unfounded in the 70's, but with his money things can go away. I can honestly say if I knew someone who was rich was abusing kids no amount of money would get me to keep my mouth shut. I'm sure other peados were involved.

What pisses me off is people coming out and saying 'i was always suspicious' or 'i saw him with his hand up a little girls skirt' why the fuck didn't you have the bollocks to come forward and say something when it mattered and prevent the same thing to happening to other kids.
