That ref Pabon was the worst I've ever seen.

Scorecards should have been wide for Khabib. Two knockdowns were not counted by the crooked ref, who was in Khabib's face all night. Should have been a TKO 8.

But I'm relieved that the right man got the win.

Just tuned in on a channel called "Bounce" (?) with main event yet to come. Apparently its not live So lack of focus and carefree approach finally caught up to him huh? Bummer.

In round 3-4 here on repeat. Shades of Guerrero vs Berto a bit...out muscled and out hustled, Guzman looks desperate.

Interesting fight, Allakhverdiev won by a wider margin than judges scores, and it should have been unanimous, in my opinion.

I think Guzman was not expecting the Khabib that showed up, maybe he was comparing records instead of watching some of Khabib's fights.

I can't make up my mind if Guzman's knee was hurt as badly as it appeared or he quit. The referee should get a C for his effort, he missed a KD for sure, but these two were giving him plenty to think about so I'll let him slide this time.

It was an action packed fight, and like everyone else said, the right guy won. Khabib Allakhverdiev has an awkward style with fast feet and hands plus a pretty good chin.

Do you think there should be a rematch?

He continued after leg was 'injured'. No Dr. checking, no break, point deduct, nata. He went down again after he took barrage(s) and pretty much opted out. That is a tko.

whole promotion was stacked in alot of ways for Guzman. Allakhverdiev dictated and earned it.

I hear what you're saying, but in boxing value and winning and are the same thing, or they go hand in hand anyway. Boxing is a business!

I watched this fight on the PURSUIT Channel, a hunting, fishing and guns channel. They kept mentioning BOUNCE and PURSUIT together so check them both on Friday and Saturday nights. It was live.

He sure did. Guzmans shots had little effect on the Hawk and it appeared to me that the ref was looking to deduct a point with some of those fake warnings. It looked like to me with all the flopping that Guzman was looking for a way out. I think he was on his way to being stopped prior to its ending and Juan was looking to luck out with the cards.

This fight should have been on ESPN. Why was it not?

Agreed. Other than the 1st round he looked like he was just bouncing snowballs off of a truck and I have zero clue how ref "missed" initial non-knockdown. As clean as they come. Guzman did well to find his back foot and adjust midway but from there he looked like he was just punching for preservation only. I honestly cannot see a rematch going differently.

That's freaking outrageous that it wasn't a knockout.

He beat the crap out of Guzman, and Guzman fell to the ground and quit. Just because he claims that his leg hurts, he some how avoids a knockout? WTF?
