Aloo parota soaked in butter with yogurt on Sunday mornings. Unhealthy as f@*k but delicious.

I'm going in the opposite direction. Collapsed over christmas (bad living, don't eat enough). Need to focus on eating three meals a day and was introduced to Granola for breakfast every morning. Terrific stuff, I actually look forward to eating it

It's not easy Fenster. That's why, like Reggie, I have muesli, chia seeds, blueberries and walnuts for breakfast. You get your protein, fat, carbs, fiber, plus nutrients and in an easy to prepare bundle of 400/500 calories. If like me you weren't eating, it really helps. It's hard to eat right when you are busy. Even cooking takes time that people often do not have.

Oatmeal cooked with unsalted sunflower kernels, and generously sprinkled with seedless grapes. I add a cup of almond milk to the oatmeal. I normally put together a green and herbal tea mix, usually peach or lemon.
If I go out for breakfast, I usually have a veggie omelet with egg whites only, no cheese or mushrooms, and hash browns. Rye toast, hot tea and plenty of salsa on the side.

All time favorite breakfast was crispy bacon, eggs over medium, hash browns with rye toast and coffee. I got tired of it a several years back and only have it once in a blue moon now.

Here, chicharrones with eggs, potatoes, refritos and tortillas. In Butte, bacon and cheese omelette with fried potatoes, all local, at Gamers Cafe.
