He couldn't put away the one-eye vunerable Juarez. He was aggressive when he fought Barrera and Juarez. He was well conditioned when he fought Pac.

What I'm saying is he left his punching power at jr featherweight. He has zero KO or KD at SF.

Trying to mention someone that hasn´t been mentioned I would say Ricardo Torres. Oleg Maskaev, Shannon Briggs, Ricardo Mayorga, Vivian Harris...all guys with a big punch although they´re pretty shot by now. Jaidron Codrington has a big punch too and the russian prospect who just boxed on Saturday...Aleksandreev or something...he punches extremely hard.

Shannon Briggs. Were it not for all the things that take away from his game (heart, stamina, movement) the guy would probably clear out the division with his power. I think the reason he got so buffed is because he's realized with his severe asthma that he's not going to be the kind of fighter who can fly all over the ring. Briggs has single-punch power- if any fighter got caught with a clean, on-the-button punch he would wind up looking at the ceiling. Boring as it was, look at what he did to Liakhovich; Briggs' left hook counterpunch put a halt to a great deal of Sergei's game because he didn't want to get hit with that punch again. And then when Briggs managed to hurt him in the 12th that surge of adrenaline made Shannon impossible to deal with. All Briggs needs is someone who'll stand in front of him and trade and that guy is doomed.
