Peter or Cotto
Cotto and Pavlik are the hardest hitters in their weigh class no doubt about it. The way they both use their power is great. Watching them fight is like watching some one getting tortured. They take you apart.
I'm gonna go with Arthur Abraham. Say what you will, but when he does land clean he nearly decapitates his opponents!LOL
And Miranda is right up there with him. It will be a great fight.

Hardly anyone mentioned J M Marquez. IMO, he's overrated in some areas but strangely grossly underrated in his punching power. He's got power to knock almost anyone down or out; it's just he's not aggressive enough sometimes to be able to do that.
