Cotto by decision. Expect a more boxing first oriented Cotto. Margo will come out blazing with a high punch rate, but Cotto will do a great job of staying away and landing the cleaner punches to the head and the body. Margo will continue this for the first five rounds but soon will tire and Miguel will dominate the later rounds. Margo will still be there until the end, however.

I stopped doing polls a while ago in these kind of threads. People will just vote and not say why they think a guy's gonna win. Of course people don't always explain their choices anyway but its at least a start.Originally Posted by CutMeMick

In this new forum when you make a poll there's an option that you can click so that when someone votes EVERYONE will see who voted for whom. I just like that feature...

OK cutme asked me who i thought was gonna win and i said my heart said Cotto but my head said Margarito who i thought at the time was the underdog but having read this and now realise he aint i'm gonna go with COTTO to be the first to KO Margarito.
hell the guy is undefeated and proved me wrong so many times in the past so hes gonna prove me right this time and i'm picking him to win big.

nah mate forget this thread i was just wrong about Cotto and thinking about it logically.... i have picked against Cotto nearly everytime he has stepped up and he has pulled out the win sometimes in spectacular fashion and sometimes not...but he aint lucky he has gotten where he is because of his talent.
Margarito is beatable and one things for sure Cotto aint Cintron and that is what people are forgetting.... i feel he will be to skillfull for Margarito and although have some shaky moments will pull off the KO win in an all time classic slugfest

It's crazy I mean I've been a Margarito fan longer then Cotto but Cotto grew on me fast and since I've seen him from the start I just had to look at them both and choose one.
Same thing happened to me when Kess fought Andrade both my top SMW and I had to choose one, I went with Kess.
The same thing might happen to me IF and when BCD faces Tavoris in the future.

Cotto should do him. I'm watching videos of both and can see Tony getting through at times. I think Cotto can do a UD.
Margarito can take a whack though and might bring too much pressure if he aint hurt.
What are the fucking odds anyway?
