Default In good shape after retiring

I was going through the "Fat Mike Tyson" thread that just came up today and wondered if there are any boxers out there who retire and STILL remain in decent shape.

The first one that comes to mind is Sugar Ray Leonard. Anybody else?

SRL was the one who I thought of. Obviously most of the guys who become trainers stay in pretty good shape. Assumin he is now finally retired, Thomas Hearns i think is still in good shape

Lennox, although not sure that suit is tight or holding hiding his fatness.

Mickey Ward has been keeping himself in pretty good shape.

Ali can barely move, he has severe Parkinson's, he can't even walk on his own. He lives near me.

Tommy Hearns looks to be in great shape.

    FightFan,
I somehow think that the heavyweights have a harder time staying in shape after retiring but Ali for a retired heavyweight looks just fine. I wonder how he excersizes with Parkinsons .

    JazMerkin,
Yeah, Tommy hearns seem to be doing good. I can imagine Hagler still follow a healthy life.

    Master,
Lennox Lewis doesn't look like he's in bad shape. Does that mean he is still considering a comeback? Heheh!

    Kel,
Yes, I can imagine he excersizes with his children during their training sessions and so on.

    ChrisNagel,
Mickey Ward doesn't seem as damaged in his face either compared to Gatti. It was a nice fight.

    Killersheep,
Yeah, Tommy Hearns seems like he still hits the gym as well as Sugar Ray Leonard and Marvin Hagler. Not so sure about Roberto Duran.

Ali has advanced Parkinsons, which makes it almost impossible to attain fitness of any kind. Loss of muscle memory doest help, interestingly Ive been working with MS patiants, and getting some remarkable results with something Ive been developing ,interesting work it is. One a proffessor couldnt walk at the age of 52, now she walks her dog 4 miles a day, a happy lady.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

It took me a while to even think of any retired boxers that i've seen in the public lately other than those already mentioned. But I thought of one.....

Michael Spinks seems to be in decent shape and no ill effects.?!?

Hagler didn't look to good last time I saw him on FNF's. He looked very old.

Duran looks to weigh about 275. But he looks happy.

    From the ones I've seen.

    Ricardo Lopez
    Daniel Zaragoza
    Mike Weaver
    Marvin Johson
    Yaqui Lopez

They've all looked to be in good shape.
