moving on from Hill Street Blues, lets not forget Saturday Night Live. And also I split many a gut watching the old Monty Python's Flying Circus in it's heyday. Carol Burnett Show was also a major hoot.
Not huge on Burnett show but "Mr.Tudball" was hilarious ,Talk about a spin off with Mama's family, seems like it has been on the air for a hundred years.

Snl needs its own thread lol.Must admit, once MAd TV started becoming huge,I was swept away .
The best part of Carol Burnett was Tim Conway and Harvey Korman teaming up on skits. Korman could never keep a straight face. Laughter is contagious.

notice how Conway gives Korman a little grin at 0:45 to push him over the edge.

Man Quantum Leap was the shit!! With ziggy I think his name was.. It used to be on every friday night here which was our fish and chips/takeaway night.. So we'd always be eating delicious food watching Quantum Leap..
And at the end of every show he would leap into some crazy situation where you'd get about 1 minute of it and then have to wait until next week..
Was one of my favourite shows... And someone else mentioned Columbo.. My girlfriend never even heard of him as she's fairly young, but they had some re-runs of it not long ago and she got into it totally..

Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel (probably the best sports show we'll have in our lifetime, really they do such a great job with that show every single month it's tremendous)
    The First 48 (craaazzzyyy)
    That 70's Show
    Spongebob
    King of the Hill

Other then that it's pretty much all ESPN

Always hated That 70s show, something about Ashton Kutcher really rubbed me the wrong way. Perhaps it was because the character was such a goof. No accounting for taste i guess. How a babe like Demi Moore fell for that turkey is beyond me. No accounting for taste i guess.

Kelso was great in that 70's show but the show was so much more then Kelso and for my money Red Foreman sticks his foot up Al Bundy's ass.
