    Default Workout/Training Music

What are some good songs to listen to while lifting weights, doing roadwork, hitting the bags, etc?

I commonly listen to 2 Legit 2 Quit by MC Hammer, especially when jogging long distances.

Rocky 4 and some times rap music such as inda club, house of pain, without the music it is impossible to train. Also I may have tinnitus because of the loud music.

    I like MC Hammer too.
Ice T used to stand up for his sounds as well.
I like some of the old heavy Ice T stuff too; make the juices flow, go harder.

Definitely a fan of Ice-T. 6 in the Morning and The Towers are my favorite songs.

If its just for workouts, try a Sansa clip. Only 2Gb but its small, comes with its own clip and most of all, it just works.
