What are some good songs to listen to while lifting weights, doing roadwork, hitting the bags, etc?



I commonly listen to 2 Legit 2 Quit by MC Hammer, especially when jogging long distances.

I like MC Hammer too.
Ice T used to stand up for his sounds as well.
I like some of the old heavy Ice T stuff too; make the juices flow, go harder.

Black Sabbath, Symptom of the universe,to go faster. like speed combos.
