Well when has Audley Harrison fought well with two good arms ? your making too much of this, no one even knows what the injury is yet.
Plus if he hadn't of had the injury, i bet you any money he would of just won a boring decision.
And he would of been totally slagged off for it, with the injury whatever it was. It was a blessing in disguise, because it made him more urgent and he produced a good KO. Over a journeyman who has lost 4 out of his last 6 fights.
Danny Williams arm was literally out of its socket, he couldn't even put his right arm up to block left hooks.
As for who fought well with a bad injury, well Larry Holmes fought 15 rounds against Ken Norton, in one of the best Heavyweight fights of all time, with a torn bicep.
Tommy Morrison won a battle vs Joe Hipp, with a broken hand and a broken jaw.
Lastly it says alot about Audley Harrison, that he's best achievement. Since winning the Olympics a decade ago, is a come from behind KO against a journeyman, that KO'ed him the 1st time around.

Credit to Audley. He did show heart fighting with one arm for almost all the fight and I can't believe I'm typing that. And a fantastic KO. I think that was his career highlight right there, don't see him doing anything with the belt. But he definitely had one great night in his career now even if he was fighting a removals man from Luton. I'll probably still be looking forward to watching him get knocked out next time out though.
He's strung a few decent performances together here and there, his three demolition of Danny Williams being his standout performance. Winning the Pizefighter competition was a good effort. Sure he is faults and is not as good a fighter as his medal suggests, but this has been established for about 8 years now.
He's 38, still in shape, still trying to win, still capable of one punch koing someone in a fight with only one hand. He deserves his credit for that.
You're going on as if we need convincing that Audley has underachieved as if this is something only you've noticed, the truth is the hate and ridicule surrounding Audley makes people see him as worse than he is.
He's quite possibly the second best heavyweight in Britain right now, I'm sure Tyson Fury, Sexton and Derek Chisora would all argue that but he's right in the mix and is certainly capable of beating them all if he lands the way he did against Sprott.
Sure it's not world class, and it's a long way shy of what we hoped a decade ago, but he's still a decent heavy who hasn't given up on his dream.
(Iv'e not long seen the fight, so excuse me if i'm a little behind the run of play here...)
I must say, I get the feeling that a conventional boxer like Audley is sort of wasting his talent fighting out of a Southpaw stance. To me, he looked a lot better fighting out of a left handed Orthodox stance. I know this was done due to some sort of injury but it actually got me thinking that maybe if he'd started his pro career as an orthodox fighter and worked on making his right hand a weapon, he would be more effective as a conventional boxer than what has been the case so far.
I mean, I know it was only Skelton but the way Audley had the left hand working as a lead hand impressed me alot.
Having said that, Audley was arsehole lucky to have got anything from that fight. As exciting as it was.

i genuinely believe the shoulder story. He didnt throw the right all fight and just appeared even more mundane than his usual hesitant self
A B level world performer takes harrison still. One thing however that has come from this fight is that audley does have power and the ability to end a fight with one punch
one dangerous horrible bloke
All I have to say is Sprott just fought a 4 round fight as a tune up, if that doesn't tell you where he is in his career..
No wait, that's not all I want to say. To be fair, Sprott has lost to some pretty good opponents considering the state of the heavyweight division.
Harrison is still a bum!
