LOL the murderer analogy is simply dumb. Why? In the case of a murder you have a body proving SOMEONE committed murder. Here? There is ZERO evidence Manny is using. None, nada zilch.
Biden has done NOTHING but run since I make my accusation this morning!
This ain't hard. Athletes have to obey the rules. Manny has done so. NEXT!

Shane had admitted to using drugs. So why didn't Floyd insist that he has a drug test up until the day of the fight. If 18 days before the fight is good enough for Floyd, then 14 days is even better. But that 14 days cut-off isn't even the issue in the second negotiation, Floyd just decided to go on vacation.
What question mark?what you have just written has NO baring what so ever on the question mark over manny's head.
You question Manny's stipulation and yet you don't question Floyd acting as the boxing commissioner and trying to impose his own rules.Manny tried to stipulate no testing 14 days prior. Sorry son, that's not how it works and that is the behaviour of someone with something to hide. Random means random full stop.
Just because someone is accused, it doesn't mean that their name get soiled. We all get accussed of something all the time. This thread is not even about Manny, it's about Floyd's demand with regards to the drug test. If this issue is still brought up in the press, it's not about Manny's allege refusal because he had addressed that in the second negotiation. Not unless you have access to those RECENT press that says otherwise, maybe you would care enough to share it with us.Manny's name has been soiled. He has been accused. If there is no question mark over his head then why do these threads keep popping up and why is it still talked about in the press?
You are talking about what transpired in the first negotiation. There had been a second negotiation already which also failed. The arguement starts and finnishes with Manny Pacquiao was offered a test and refused and then came up with rediculous excuses and even stipulations.
If Floyd doesn't want to be labeled a chicken then he needs to stop acting like one.If he doesn't want to be labled a sterois cheat then he needs to stop acting like one.

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about!
No agency has the ability to conduct the tests. They all use the same labs. The only thing not independent is the administration of the testing.
The only test, Olympic Style Testing utilizes during competition which is typically (99 time out of 100) is immediately following an event and the samples are typically urine. The random testing that OST uses is during non-competition times. Pacquiao has taken the tests a number of times, including a blood test immediately before his fight with Morales.
You add no light to the subject, only darkness.
If someone repeats a lie enough times, you might be stupid enough to believe it.
Who was that track star who accused others of steroid use and demanded that they be tested numerous times, and then people started saying he was one of the biggest users of steroids around. I don't know if anything was proven, but sometimes people blame others for strategy purposes then it ricochet's right back toward's them. If one cheater is getting away with it , then probably 25% or more in the sport are getting away with it. It's not just one person doing it. Look at all the other sports. Olympics as an example. We find out now that most of the olympic athletes, throughout the last 5 or so decades, took some form or another of illegal drugs. It wasn't just one athlete.

Carl Lewis? See I think this is really on point. The rules in boxing should probably be changed to a more strict regimine of some kind. But that leaves two issues. First, anyone who thinks that the WADA standard catches more users than it misses is likely wrong. Second, until such a change is made? Manny is obeying the rules.

Well if I was Manny and I was clean I would want to prove it and show I was no cheat. Also that would make Mayweather look daft too and would put me one up on him. I was quite surprised when Manny did indeed refuse and to be honest it got me wondering.
Too many people get away with taking drugs under the current rules. Oliver McCall even admits he used to get other people to give urine for him. Not only that but PED's are a lot easier to trace in blood. I think it's time blood testing became standard in boxing.

You phone up the police now and report your next door neighbour for a crime of your choice. I guarentee the police will be round their to do some questioning at some point.
Get the whole street to report it and I'm fairly sure the police will be round even quicker.
If your neighbour is innocent he won't have any problem with questioning/clearing his name.
If he skips town however.... well by the reasoning of all on here he must be innocent.
It's not the accusations/internet gossip etc... it's the fact that he refused to go into a fight where olympic style random blood testing would be used into the build up.
