OK miles you've compared belief in God to the Loch Ness Monster

I'll take this time to ask you a few questions:
1. If people evolved from monkeys or apes then why are there still monkeys and apes?
2. If we did evolve A) What started life to begin with B) How/Why did we evolve? C) How was Earth the ONLY place in our solar system that has life? D) Basically if life is simple, and just a matter of coincidence then how did we appear here and then for us to evolve from apes too....what are the odds?
3. If the Big Bang happened A) What was there before the Big Bang B) Why was there a Big Bang?

Basically I'm asking for a scientific explanation of "What was there before there was anything and why was it there? Who put it there? What put the wheels in motion for there to be life, Earth, etc?"
