What are great Floyd wins that compare? I believe I started a thread about Floyd's best win a while back and the consensus was Diego Corrales.

How long ago did you start that thread for people to mention Chico as Floyd's best?? It's true that Chico was a great victory considering the fact that nobody else wanted to fight him at the time but Id also add Castillo and Delahoya to the list of big wins. Delahoya victory goes really underrated imo. Floyd gave into all his demands and beat him at 154 and on top of that, delahoya still had something left unlike when Pac got to him.. He also beat an undefeated Hatton and softened him up for Pac.. same thing with mosley...

U know how Pac loves to eat Floyd's leftovers.

You would say ODLH was Floyd's greatest win? It's arguable, but that may be the case. He beat ODLH when ODLH was passed his prime too, but it was definitely a better ODLH than that fought Pacquiao although don't forget the odds heavily favored ODLH in that fight. Heavily. It's only 20/20 hindsight that we can judge it and say Pacquiao beat a dried up, weak ODLH.

Floyd fought Hatton at 147 though. That takes away from it as a big victory to me. Even before the Floyd fight, it was obvious Hatton wasn't the same at 140 that he was at 147 because Hatton had looked unimpressive against Collazo and Mausa (maybe) at 147.

Shane didn't look any better against Floyd than he did against Pacquiao. Not at all. It was the same Shane just picking up a pay check and conning the world into believing he had a shot against either.

I think on skill alone Floyd has it, but on legacy, Pacquiao has the edge.

I actually thought Pacquiao's win over Margarito at 150 was impressive. I know he may be passed his prime, but I actually thought he looked good against Pacquiao.Pacquiao crushed him of course, but Margarito executed whatever plan he had. If the same Margarito that showed up against Pacquiao, shows up against Cotto, Cotto's in trouble.
