See, knew you would get good advice.

But it took a long time. The advice was good and I appreciate it but fact is the forum isn't that active but again thanks guys.

You should just buy a pair of sparring gloves...forget about the bag gloves... your sparring gloves can do both sparring and heavy bag punching...

No you can't. The padding in bag gloves gets compressed/displaced a lot faster than sparring gloves, offering your hands and most importantly sparring partner's skull less protection.
