Im just doing training myself in my garden shed and going to the gym, im not training for a fight or anything but i just love boxing training, its great therapy!
Anyway my question is this. I have a sauna suit which makes me obviously sweat a lot more while working out, my doctor says its no good for long term weight loss because its all dehydration and i will put all the weight back on as soon as I rehydrate, and that the only purpose of a sauna suit is to get to a specific weight for a weigh in, not for any long term weight losing benefits.
So my question is am I getting any long term weight loss benefits from the sauna suit?
