I would have thought that ud put it back on as soon as u drink and maybe they'd only be good for last minute weight loss. But like i said Ricky is always wearing them these days.

If your taking off alot of water weight in a hurry you have to account for wether your body is telling you what you need,some people dont have a good reflex there
Better to just bring it down slow and maintain after you get there
gazza is a famous sweatsuit abuser, in his prime he used to go on massive runs out of shape to drop the excess from the night before and he collapsed a few times and came near to death due to his body not being able to handle it
