Please just ın general ıf I were to start traınıng for a fıght at age 48 I weıgh 188 now and need to get down to 154 fıghtıng weıght. Can you help me ın general wıth breakfast and lunch dıets ın general? Also just a general workout regımen---how many mıles per day? Pushups? Sıtups? etc. Just a general outlıne at thıs poınt please somebody I am serıous about startıng thıs now and I dont have much tıme at 48.
