I'm not pissing on your chips my friend, think long and hard before you go on this journey it's a rocky
road. I've help my son train since he was 11 but now he's in his 20's it's way to much for my body,
the pad work is hell on my shoulders.When he was younger I would do a bit of sparring with him now he would really hurt me, he's only playing with me. So my friend think hard them punches hurt a lot more the older you go.
