He just hasn't fought enough for it....Haye could earn a top 3 spot (keyword: EARN) but hell he has taken the easy route ever since becoming a heavyweight and I told you guys 4 years ago "If moving from Cruiserweight to Heavyweight with success was so easy then everyone would do it".
