Yes, you are right, he looked terrible against Sharmba Mitchell 7 months earlier. And clearly at 35, with 33 fights (not exactly wars) he was a shadow! I wonder what happend in those 7 months between what critics called his best performnace (against the bookies favourite, who was unbeaten in 10 years, apart from an injury stoppage against Tszyu in their first fight) and the Hatton fight that made him deteriorate so much?

I know. Bizarre isn't it? It's almost as though Hatton DID beat a Tszyu that was close to prime. But that can't be right of course because Hatton is one of the worst fighters ever and incapable of beating anyone.
