I watched it on youtube today, not as good as I was expecting. Even though it was banter, Froch seemed happy to get in a dig at most of the others when he had a chance. I'm still a fan though. Groves would have been a better addition than Ogogo, no disrespect but he didn't have a lot to add to it maybe after a year as a pro he would havee been better.

The thing is with Nelson I feel he finds it hard to ask challenging questions to other fighters when he had plenty of times in his own career where he didn't perform too well.

Was something different and they have obviously taken the idea from these head to head things that the US shows do, can definitely be improved. Not really interested in what colour tiles Froch uses to decorate his house would rather see each fighter asked questions to make them squirm but in the same relaxed format.

"Froch you obviously struggle with slick boxer types as opposed to guys who want to mix it up, it will take more than having a granite chin and good work rate to topple Ward so how do you think you can adapt your style should you meet again?"

Not a great example but you get the jist.
