Then came Winky, never knocked out in his career (like Hopkins), and having been in there with the best. No shame in losing to Winky either. Finally, against Roy Jones Jr. at 170, way above Trinidad's weight, and when both were pretty much over the hill.

And while DLH was looking for smaller and smaller fighters to end his career... the one-dimensional Trinidad was going for bigger opponents at higher weights. DLH can claim a MW championship, but is was a gift..... a joke. Trinidad truly beat a legitimate MW champion.... by KO, not a gift decision.

We should all have such lousy records.
De La Hoya was more competitive against Hopkins than Trinidad was. And he took his last loss like a man. Didn't blame it on some fat whore who was having his kid

VD... are you serious? I mean, forget animosities here. Just a difference of opinion.
But really??

Hopkins toyed with Oscar, till he floored him with a glancing blow to the liver.
Then Oscar made us laugh with his "banging the canvas with his glove in frustration" show.
How in fuck is that more "competitive"?

But never mind..... I know you're not going to agree no matter what.
