Yeah, a total schooling by Winky... no doubt. One of 3 whole fights (all to HOF'ers) that Trinidad suffered in his whole career. Not bad for a "one-dimensional" fighter. First to Hopkins, one of the greatest middleweights of all time. Not bad for a fighter whose best weight was 147 pounds. And before that he destroyed another MW champion, William Joppy. Then came Winky, never knocked out in his career (like Hopkins), and having been in there with the best. No shame in losing to Winky either. Finally, against Roy Jones Jr. at 170, way above Trinidad's weight, and when both were pretty much over the hill.

And while DLH was looking for smaller and smaller fighters to end his career... the one-dimensional Trinidad was going for bigger opponents at higher weights. DLH can claim a MW championship, but is was a gift..... a joke. Trinidad truly beat a legitimate MW champion.... by KO, not a gift decision.

We should all have such lousy records.
