Seriously, there is nothing that changed that couldn't be easily explained by natural changes/improvements, specifically LIFTING WEIGHTS. He didn't become a 220lb bodybuilder. He put on a few pounds of muscle (which on a small frame with low bodyfat makes a big difference) which is perfectly achievable in that time span with purely natural weight training.
*Note, I'm not categorically saying he didn't take anything, but that there is NO evidence that he did.
