yes of course..... spend a summer near where I live and THEN you can talk. Hell ask Spicoli or VC about what is worse heat or humidity. You can't fathom it. I've experienced dry heat and humidity and I'm sorry but humidity makes heat oppressive. You might not want to believe that but it's true
