Real muslims have come out and are against these terrorist actions. It is a mindless minority that receive the attention because of their extreme actions.

Yes they have.
In the past I was critical that the Muslim community didn't voice opposition loudly. But it is not the case this time. People need to be flexible enough to see that what (arguably) applied before doesn't necessarily apply now.
