Martin Murray has the heart of a champion

Murray took a lot of punishment which may have aged him but based on that you'd give him a chance against any other middleweight. I think he gave up on winning pretty early and after that it was a survival mission but he lacked the fire power to keep triple G off him

Golovkin looked great. Taken late but murray was defensive minded against an aggressive fighter who takes risks I think we'll see more drama early. Cotto wouldn't have lasted that long

I completely disagree. He came into this fight very similar to the Martinez fight where he hurt Martinez late. Murray put his best round in in round 7 or 8 I think where he landed lots of good combos. The way GGG walked through them must be so demoralizing though.

Golovkin said the same thing that Murray wasn't really trying to fight and was holding and running. It's no disrespect to Murray cuz Golovkins a beast but I do think Murray was trying to get through rounds rather than trying to win them. Vs martinez and Sturm Murray was positive and stood his ground. As early as round 1 vs Golovkin he was back pedalling and didn't let his hands go with any authority.

Golovkin aside though I give Murray a decent chance with the rest of the division like Quillen and lee providing this beating didn't take too much out of him
