You mean people who advocate civil liberties and political freedom with an emphasis on economic freedom?

I like that idea, it's why I'm a Libertarian.....although I do have a strong belief in American exceptionalism and that if we're in a war then we should do what it takes to win the war and prevent another war shortly thereafter due to a lopsided treaty.
