Cops are people and they have very dangerous jobs.

Not really.

How many cops have been killed by an unarmed citizen? ZERO.
How many times a year does a police officer get beaten to death? ZERO.
How many officers in the field are killed each year by violence ? 0.5 per state.

There are over 900,000 sworn law enforcement officers and less than one officer per state meets a violent demise, only 100 officers are killed in the line of duty each year, mostly by vehicle accidents.

That said, I have NEVER had a policeman do ANYTHING that has positively effected me, but do I want them all dead? Do I want them disbanded? NO!

Straw man argument. Who wants cops dead ? Who wants them disbanded ?

They perform a function in society which we need, they do their job to the best of their abilities,

Cops are needed. Suspected white supremacist posing as cops are not needed.

they DO make mistakes from time to time, there ARE some bad cops just like there ARE some bad bankers.

They don't mistakes. If they did, then the people who they kill would be evenly spread out. They know not to shot white people in general (Especially well to do white people) let them do a drug bust at the white students at Harvard or Yale. I dare them and trust me they would find more drugs than any drug raid they do in the hood.

But they know best not fuck with those type people. They know who they can kill. That's why they kill black people because they know they can get away. They know the public at large will support (Zimmerman, Darren Wilson, Freddie Gray and many more) They also know the system will acquit them.

.can't throw the baby out with the bathwater the response has to have some nuance to it and in cases like Baltimore you've got a Black Chief of Police, Black DA, Black Mayor, and Black officers (3 of 6) in the Freddie Gray event....so do I buy what denilson and BLM are saying that "All cops are racist and are out to kill black people"? NO that is idiotic.

The Freddie gray situation is further proof that the "I'm white and I say so" law, supersedes the Constitution. White supremacy IS the law

Yeah sure they have a Black Chief of Police, Black DA, Black Mayor, and Black officers but they all controlled by WHITE SUPREMACIST.

They set the culture.

According to the state of Maryland, Freddie Gray deserved to die for looking at a police officer a certain way. A man was alive, police showed up and now he is dead, and nobody involved has been made to accept responsibility for his death.

However, I also realize that the existing cops-can-do-no-wrong-mantra is beneficial to the careers of DAs, judges, politicians.

The DOJ concluded:

“We found that BPD has engaged in a pattern or practice of serious violations of the U.S. Constitution and federal law that has disproportionately harmed Baltimore’s African-American community and eroded the public’s trust in the police.”

Jared Taylor, David Duke, Stormfront, The Daily Stormer, The Daily Wire, Ambrose Kane and the rest of the nationalist groups are well-known for mentioning DOJ reports on Black crime but will NEVER mention the DOJ report on the Baltimore Police Department. We know why.
